It is easy to get hired.... Small interview where they pump you up on the company ask you about your background and you start.... 100 percent commission so they don't need to worry about paying you and not producing. Only get paid for performance

Two interviews with managers about the position. The first one was more formal but still laid back, and I even received an offer after being a few minutes late to the online meeting. Great company 9 months in.
