Interview
I was reached out through email to set up an interview day and time. When I came in, I waited a bit before the manager met with me. It was a 1 on 1 interview. Afterward, he offered me the position and I filled out the necessary paperwork. We then set up my training schedule for that same weekend. Overall a quick process.

Interview
I have years worth of experience in the customer service industry and waiting tables. The front of house manager was extremely rude to me and talked to me as if I had never stepped inside of a cafe before. She asked me questions that were irrelevant to the interview.
I rated the interview as difficult not because she asked questions that were hard to answer but because it was difficult to deal with her!
