4 initial phone interviews, 1 in-person presentation followed by 1 more in-person and 1 more phone interview. The extensive process for an entry level position took a few weeks, however it went very smoothly! The presentation took quite a bit of work, but it will give the team a better idea of what they're working with. The very LAST interview is a culture interview (mostly talked about what you do outside of work). Everyone else asks pretty generic questions about your background, work ethic, behavioral questions, etc. If you can hold a conversation and talk about yourself and why you're interested in 3Q and digital marketing, you'll be fine.
The interview process was the standard three rounds of interviews with an appropriate level (time needed and difficulty) take home excel assessment. Nothing out of the ordinary for this type of role.

How would you handle multiple deadlines coming up when you don't have enough time to do everything?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 3Q Digital
Interview
First you get a call from the recruiter where you will go over a brief overview of your experience and salary expectation. The second round consists of meeting the team on a zoom call, I met around 5 people and the interview lasted around 2 hours. Towards the end, it just got very repetitive and tiring.
