I got an interview through referral. Interviewers were very friendly and they gave me extensive office tours before and after the interview. They were clear about who they were looking for, what kind of skill sets are required. Interview was very straightforward.

Around 2-3 interviews. You are going to meet 3-4 of their principals and they are very nice. Interviews were pretty strict forward, they would let you explained a little bit about your background and skills, also show them your portfolio.

Interview
Interview consisted of 3 interviewers. The interviewers reviewed my portfolio, asked about my interests as a designer, and discussed the type of projects they work on. I was given a brief tour of the office at the interview's conclusion.
