908 Devices interview questions

Called for screening interview and then interviewed 1:1 for about 1.5 hours. The interview was relatively straightforward and they described what the job would be like and the expectations. Then they said they would contact me possibly for a second interview or the job offer and I never heard from them again. Very disappointed because they ghosted me after the second interview.

I was reached out to shortly after applying and was told I would be considered for 2 positions. The following week I had my interview with the manufacturing manager. The interview was unprofessional in my opinion and did not go well. I'm not sure if he had never conducted an interview before but I have never had an experience like that before throughout my whole job search. It was 30 minutes long and he spent half the time fixated on the terminology I used in my resume rather asking worthwhile questions. I was then (surprisingly) invited to an on-site interview to which I declined.
