- HR Round ( HR would check the Basic details as defined in the JD given to them, as well as Locational, financial viability. - Senior Mid Management Round ( They would check the efficacy with respect to the Job) - HOD round ( Mainly dependent on the feedback from Senior / Mid Manager) - MD round ( Mainly dependent on the feedback from Senior / Mid Manager) - HR Nego 9 Depends on the budget allocated)

The CV is short listed and the candidate is called for interview. There were two rounds: First Technical and Second HR. The negotiation is done at HR round. After the selection the document submission is there which is helped by the HR staff. The main hurdle was the technical interview phase. HR round is general and is concentrated on salary negotiation.
