An email was sent for me to fill in my application, and then it was followed by a conference call from HQ in Shenzen, hosted by the VP and Director of Supply Chain, followed by a face to face meeting 1 month before offering.

They asked about the prices of certain process equipment, and my relevant experience with the equipment.

Interview
The interview process was pleasant and lasted about 20-30 minutes. It was done through Google Hangout. They asked me a series of questions. I was offered the position, however I declined the offer once I was asked to purchase software for $350. I feel that a company that is supposed to be worldwide should not ask future employees to purchase anything in regards to working for their company. It left me leery, so I declined the position
