Interview
It was very straightforward and done in two parts. The first part was very basic; the interviewer was reading off of a sheet and kept a great poker face. The second part was with the CEO himself and he was more animated. He broke down the job very clearly and let me know what I was signing up for (high volume of phone calls, fast pace, lots of information, etc)

Interview
My interview went well. I was a little nervous but felt better after I started talking to Joanna who interviewed me, she was very friendly. She asked me just a few questions. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.

Question 1
She asked me about past employment and why I left. She also asked me if I would be fine working from 8-6:30 and what salary I request. She asked me if I would be willing to work overtime if necessary. She told me that they are open Monday to Friday and if I would be ok with that. She asked if I have my own car. She also asked me if I like to work alone or in a group. She asked me if I have experience with door to door selling. She also asked me if I know how to use the computer and what software I was familiar with. She asked me to rate my knowledge of them and which one I am best at. Then she asked me about myself. That is all.
It was a pretty standard interview. I actually enjoyed the interview quite a bit. It was pretty casual and I felt more like I was having a conversation, I actually really liked my interviewer, and thought that we hit it off quite well.
