Interview
Very engaging and informative from both sides. Consists of an interview in front of a committee based from members from a variety of offices, each asking a broad, formal "Tell us about yourself" etc. type question. They just go around the table.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you deal with changes to a project at the last second?
Was given a phone interview, which went easy peasy. If you're aware of the basic interview questions, such as "tell me about yourself" and "what is your knowledge of x,y,z" you will be ok. I was then invited to the next round, an in-person interview. While, I thought this went well, I was not selected to move forward. Seemed like a very fair process with real opportunity.
