Applied with referral, got recruiter call invite one month later, chill recruiter. Received technical assignment, had 4 days to finish. Easy one, took ~7 hours to finish. Then technical interview with one team member and a software engineer. prop shop quant research type questions, brainteasers from the current quant anal. interview questions were more detailed and technical than quant trader interviews at other firms where they pay six figures but this a job pays 3200/month. Software engineering questions that Ive never been asked at big tech/prop trading firm interviews. lol
