Interview process consisted of 2 people interviewing only 1 of which acthally knew what they were tlaking about.
The main director of the team had no idea what role.he was actually trying to fill for his team.
The associate though knew exactly what he was talking about, it was clear to me which one would be the better manager.
Evidently the interview went well and I got the job... only to find the onboarding process was a nightmare, outdated, no software, no documentation, no employee on boarding documents, no one knows where the libraries are. Referred to junior staff for finding saod documentation only to find they obviously have no idea either.
