The first round was a phone call from HR asking a couple of questions like, what is the salary you expect? The second round was technical, where I was asked to describe my work experience and a few detailed follow up questions. I was also asked three questions related to optics, that were not too difficult to answer for someone who has worked with optics for a few years. Third round was with AFRY’s customer and it was not too difficult - a few behavioral questions about working in teams and under stress. Overall, if you have a PhD in optics and show the ability to collaborate with people, the interview will be quite ok!
