I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at AFRY (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Feb 2023
Interview
Lengthy recruitment process, took almost 6 months, with extremely poor feedback (none) from HR when it comes to feedback on competence testing and presence of HR was non-existing throughout the process. Struggles to schedule follow-up meetings with the recruiting manager who also was unprepared during the meetings and gave a poor impression of himself as a leader and manager. Digital invitations for interviews got lost in their recruiting managing system which led to myself to take action and call recruiting manager to verify if I still was considered for the position and to schedule the next meeting. When I was one of two candidates left the position ended up being withdrawn due to organizational changes within the company. Had a good impression of AFRY as a company prior to this, but after this experience it led me to believe that this employer might not have it all well sorted out and I considered not to accept an offer from the company if the opportunity would have presented itself.

Question 1
I was given a business case, and should present my take on it after 24 hours.
It was fun, even though I got some really though questions and push back on my proposal.
Besides this, it was the expected questions like 'what stressed you', 'what is leadership to you?', 'why AFRY?', 'where do you see yourself in 3-5 years?'
