2 Phone Interviews and then an on site plant Interview with 4 separate managers and HR representatives. The managers ranged from asking informal questions about your experience to behavioral interview questions which were recorded by the interviewee

Personale molto gentile. Ho effettuato in totale tre colloqui prima di ricevere l'offerta. Assunzione con agenzia, possibilità di rinnovo limitate e dopo tre anni. Durante il periodo di lavoro che ho effettuato non hanno rinnovato svariati contratti

Interview
The whole process took one and a half months. Had two phone interviews; the first one with HR and the second with the Engineering Manager. The interview itself was long...one hour plant tour and then two 1 hr interview sessions with the hiring team where they asked behavioral questions. By the time i was done with the interview, i was drained.
