I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AGS Technology (Pune) in Apr 2012

Interview

It was the open campus. The first round was written test with 3 sections including Technical, English and Aptitude. The next round was the personal/techinal interview. The 3rd round was in the company with one of the head of the management at the companies premises.
