Interview
Applied online, received a phone interview with a senior trader, some brain teasers, not very difficult but you are expected to answer the quesitons quickly. And there might be some variations for a question if you got an answer too fast, and if your answer is incorrect, the interviewer might ask whether you'd like to take 50/50 bet on your answer.
A lot of async steps first and then technical online. Medium difficulty online assesments and overall the process was good. Felt like they were respectful of time. Overall positive experience.

The first step is an online assessment focused primarily on arithmetic calculations, followed by a coding round with three questions. After that, there's a trading game round, and finally, an interview with a live interviewer.
There are 3 rounds of OA, including mental math, trading game, and one coding, and 1 interview with trader, and 1 interview with HR, and the final round is the onsite interview.
