Sent an application through their website, and received an email about a month later to take a math test. The test had mental math and sequences. This was followed by a 175 question personality test that was easy but just time consuming. After passing that, had a short phone interview with a trader that was purely technical, no behavioral at all. Questions included probability, options theory, mental math and a brainteaser. This would be followed up by an interview in their Chicago office but I did not get through.

Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
