ALSA Engineering and Construction interview questions

Technical interview conducted & brief discussion done for selection,in terms of selection very challenging int.done , asking about various kind of str. handled for design also the foundation design. Which type of software used for design of civil foundation & structure. Interaction with inter department to improve & resolve the various issues related to design. finally selection done on the basis of technical clarity.

It was professionally handled the COO and Project Manager, Sr. Vice President interviewed me and asked me few technical questions based on their project. They asked me how long would I stay with the company. They impressed on me that they wanted to setup in house Engineering Design department and asked me how would I go about it.
