I applied online for another position but received a call from their external recruiter company to be introduced for another position! This was the first red flag. These recruiters rarely responded to phone calls or emails. Obviously, I failed that interview as I wasn't qualified for that position but I was promised another position. I never received any response to my emails or calls from the external recruiting company, System One. I have never seen like this where recruiters would ignore you even during hiring process. Really disappointed with a company in Alstom scale.
