    Pros

    Great Benefits package with up to 4% match on 401k, plus aged based Retirement benefit. Immediate vesting for both. Laid Back Management, good work life balance for me.

    Cons

    All the typical office annoyances, but nothing you wouldn't see anywhere else.

    Deadlines were sometimes unreasonable but forced to grow and be better to meet them.

    They have interesting technology with their train control hardware and software. Good mid level management and knowledgeable and friendly co-workers.

    Cons

    As with most companies, Alstom has more work than the employees can complete with reasonable amount of work hours.

    Pros

    Technologyand working condition. The workforce. Beautiful plant private restrooms. Clean.

    Cons

    Poor management. Poor IT and peripherals with limited coverage nnectivity.

    Advice to Management

    Work for the people you manage. Hire the people who can do the job not your job. Deal with behavior issues that stifle teams growth. No one person should be responsible for training. This should be automatic and streamlined with HR support
