    Pros

    Technologyand working condition. The workforce. Beautiful plant private restrooms. Clean.

    Cons

    Poor management. Poor IT and peripherals with limited coverage nnectivity.

    Advice to Management

    Work for the people you manage. Hire the people who can do the job not your job. Deal with behavior issues that stifle teams growth. No one person should be responsible for training. This should be automatic and streamlined with HR support

    Pros

    The salary was pretty decent for a recent college grad. Working 12 HR days with overtime made the overall pay even better. Was able to keep traveler points (flier miles, hotels, etc).

    Cons

    I never knew where I was going to be and when I was going to be there. I could have come home from a two week trip and be sent out the next day.

    Most of the people I work with are great people. The benefits are excellent, better than any other company I have worked for or heard about.

    Cons

    They do not have an effective promotion program and they do not make an effective attempt to increase compensation for hard working employees.
