    I worked at ALSTOM full-time

    Pros

Since GE sold to Alstom it’s been bad.

    Cons

Poor salary, management is not trustworthy, they use the golden group of 6 (friends are hired - not friends are fired or let go). You are expected to know the entire company so you hey can put you in a spot.
    Discriminate.

    Advice to Management

Loyalty to all employees makes Sir Richard Branson a good boss, you all should get your heads out of your offices and get rid of that golden group.
