Interview
First there was an on-line test which was followed by a group discussion,after GD there was a technical interview followed by a HR.
On-line test hd both aptitude and technical sections.The difficulty of the questions was average.In Technical Interview questions were asked on my favourite subject and also on my projects.

Mostly technical stuff .The questions were asked on strength of materials ,Material Science,Machine Design etc.
HR interview they just asked about myself and some other questions relating to location of job etc.

2nd - GD (cleared)
3rd - Technical Interview (Cleared)
4th - HR Interview ( they doesn't take my interview because of time)

Interview
First I applied online without motivational letter. Then tests, before having a 15 min phone interview. The phone interview was very awkward and didn't feel free-flowing at all. I may be partial though since I didn't go past that stage.
