ALSTOM Simulation Expert interview questions

The interviewed role for IS&T team.vI received call from consultancy & they shared my profile with hiring team. In week, attend 1st technical interview covers overview on job responsibilities, discussion & check for skills, experience, Interest. It was long positive discussions. After 2 weeks, I had 2nd interview. In this round, they again overlook my profile again & check compatability with their requirements. 80 - 90% requirements were matching but they need 100% match. It's TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.. If you want 100% math which is difficult to attend. WHY you call candidate again for 2 Interview. Hiring Team is not clear about preferred candidate experience, skill. Giving new opportunity to candidate inspiring & shows positive working culture.
