This company came to my college for on campus hiring at Day4. They took only one interview round majorly focussing on my resume, previous internship experience and general behaviour questions.

One question was asking me about physics very random
I applied through other source. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at ANZ (Melbourne)
Interview
It was very long. I enjoyed talking to the people and actually got a terrific detailed report back on the good and less good aspects of my code test. I was impressed. I still didn't like the process but having landed a role there, I then understood why they do this, the level of excellence in the organisation is admirable.

Question 1
How do you think you'll do working in a larger organisation.
The interview process was seamless, and the interviewers were incredibly kind and approachable. It stood out as one of the best interview experiences I've had compared to other companies especially big4 banks.
