AP Exhaust Technologies interview questions

The hiring process was great. Everyone seemed honest and positive, which is how they reel you in. The people who interview you do not reflect the culture or current state of business at AP. I went there expecting to interview with one person, and ended up spending 5 hours interviewing with multiple people at different levels of the company. I didn't pick up on it at the time of my interview but I saw it after I had started, they don't have time to have a realistic discussion of the actual job you will be doing. You will be asked generic questions and generic answers will be accepted - a red flag I wish I had caught on to.

A three day process. You have to take a drug test.Then you have to do a test on the computer to test your ability to pay attention to detail. You have to take a test on the computer to determine your ability to multitask. And if you pass the drug test and the computer test then you get called back for an interview and then for a tour of the plant.
