APR, LLC interview questions

Applied online. Got a phone call to arrange a phone interview, then went to a half day interview with the entire Hardware Engineering Staff. Dog and pony show, light on facts heavy on fluff. Most of the staff has such a huge ego it's surprising their heads fit through the door. The President was unavailable, even with 2 weeks of pre-planning. There is another tuning company (Dinan) moving in to the same building, so hectic is about to turn in to hellish. Ignored several red flags, including those on Glassdoor, and it cost me.
