The interview process for Agribusiness Risk Underwriters is the best interview process I've been through in my professional career. When you apply, you're sent a link to complete the WonScore assessment, which is a test that identifies your cognitive abilities, your personality, and motivation. I really respect this first step in the hiring process, as it confirms whether or not this role will be good for you. Once I took the assessment, I heard back a few days later via email and set up an introductory phone interview with an ARU manager. This phone interview was fairly informal. I told the manager about myself, my prior experience, and career goals. The manager told me about the position I was applying for, about company culture, and answered any questions I had about the position. It was then that the manager set up a Zoom meeting to meet with them and senior leadership. The Zoom interview was more formal. The CEO and CFO were present, as well as the previously mentioned manager, to ask me more about myself, my experience, and how I thought it would translate to the role I applied for. While formal, it was still quite laid back and low-pressure, and all parties were very kind and engaging. I felt free to ask any questions about the position and company, and they answered honestly. It was the very next day when I received an offer, contingent on a background check and reference check. The manager was extremely thorough in explaining compensation, benefits, and company policy and answered all of my questions before I accepted the offer.
