Their interview process includes 5 steps: hr screening, call with a director of engineering, tech challenge (framework from scratch), tech interview, values interview. The process took one month, *Tech interview* They read their questions from a list. Sometimes they asked me about problems and wrote my answers. No one serious question about realisation, they didn't open my project and didn't comment it. I passed all steps and receive a extremely poor feedback: "we have determined that your tech skills are not aligned with our needs at this time. If you would like specific feedback, please let me know and I will be happy to jump on a call with you." I had 15 min call with "specific interview". And it's general phrases without context. Yes, I spent additional 15 min my life. I have only one question: why you didn't determine it on the technical challenge stage? It's extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to a candidate who passed all steps. Lead Senior engineers couldn't formulate detailed feedback (yes, they exist). I don't know, may be they afraid of women who smarter than them)
