The interview process was smooth, I had 2 interviews with PM and department director. HR follows up quickly and professionally. Interview questions related to job area and department, plus specifics about experience required and personal motivation. Pleasant process overall.

Interview
Standard, straight forward and quite formal. Not much focus on individual/team match but qualifications and experience. However the organisation has major HR issues, lack of objectivity, lack of clear procedures - but you only find this out after joining. A lot of room for improvement, usually it's good to have been previously involved with the organisation.

2 interviews, first with department head and later with HR. My interview process didn't take too long, however I heard from other colleagues that their process took 3 months. So I guess it depends on availability.
