I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ASM (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2019
Interview
Phone interview with the engineering manager
Onsite interview with 4 managers/directors, each session took 30 to 45 minutes
2 weeks later I was asked to have one more phone interview with the 5th manager
No decision made until 3 months later
It was a very detailed and technical panel round. With 4-5 members. Extremely rigorous and technical. They focused on fundamentals and would probe deep into every question/scenario. Make sure you are well versed with your core mechanical engineering concepts.
