I don't know what kind of person they want to find excatly. After the interview, I still got no clue on what their department is doing. They probably want someone who can do everything
Two hour in person interview. Consisted of three 30 min interviews with separate people. Each interviewer asked technical questions. There was a 30 min tour of the facility at the end.
