I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ASOS (London, England) in Sep 2024
Interview
The whole process consisted of:
- Initial 15 call with the internal recruiter
- 1 hour technical & behavioral interview going deeper into my past experiences and technical knowledge with a lead engineer and an engineering manager.
- 2 hour pair programming test with another lead and senior engineer followed by a 30 minute behavioral interview with a tech lead.
All interviews were completed remotely.
Really solid process, with no unnecessary fluff like leetcode/hackerank algorithmic tests. In all there's over 3 hours of pretty intense technical interviewing, so not the easiest process I've ever been through but as long as you know your stuff you definitely have the opportunity to show your best.

Other Senior Android Engineer Interview Reviews for ASOS
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ASOS (London, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
I had two interviews with people I will work with. The first one was an open ended discussion about my experience, strengths and weaknesses, some behavioural questions. The second one was a pairing interview where I had to review a simple app, find problems and fix them. The process was very smooth and quick. The recruiter did an amazing job, answering my questions even when he was on holiday or during the weekend.
