Zoom interview followed by an assignment and then additional group interviews. Questions were very centered around previous experience and hypotheticals (not necessarily behavioral as they had stated they would be).

Question 1
What data analysis packages are you experienced with?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ASPCA in Nov 2018
Interview
I submitted my resume and cover letter through the ASPCA Workday portal. I also reached out to a few people in the department though LinkedIn to help get my resume through (I was very excited about this position).
I received a response a couple weeks later through email that I was selected for an interview. I had an initial 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. I was then given an assignment and submitted that. I was then scheduled for an hour interview with the hiring manager. I received very little feedback about the assignment other than I did a good job.
After that, I was scheduled for another 30 minute interview with another director in the department. After that last interview, I followed up and was told they would be making the final decision within a week.
I never heard anything back from anyone after that. Through all interviews, I was asked very basic interview questions, as well as tougher technical/situational questions, and behavioral questions. At first the experience was great. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and laid back. However, I did put a lot of time and preparation into the interview process (and assignment) and was extremely disappointed to never hear anything back from anyone in the end.
