Very organized. 3 part interview process that took ~3 weeks. Questions were primarily situational/behavioral based, so it's important to have specific and relevant examples. Interviewers were down to earth and made the interview pleasant, and even "came back to a question later" when I struggled to answer it. My nerves eased after the first 5 minutes of each interview. They also spent lots of time explaining the role to ensure I knew what I was getting into. Very enjoyable process.
