ATI Architects and Engineers interview questions

Leadership team put out all the stops, showed great transparency in company operations and what I felt was an honest assessment of the company's strengths and weaknesses. I asked specific questions about profit/loss history targets, company vision, and received very specific answers for most on the fly, others on follow-up interview when necessary. I was given a tour of the entire office/staff in Pleasanton and given personal 1:1 time with engineering team leadership.

I walked in and was greeted by Ashley, who was so professional and sweet. Sat down for a few minutes because they were getting out of a meeting. The Bob Bingham came in and we went into the office and talked about why I wanted the position. It was such a relaxed easy interview. Wanting to know how I got into this, what my background was, and what plans do I have in the future. I was in the interview for about an hour just asking questions about the firm and culture. The I went home and received a emails about an offer and a phone called to seal the deal!
