Interview
First I sat with someone who explained the position and went over the relevant experience and skills listed on my resume. Then I met with a few key people and answered questions about my background. They gave me paperwork to fill out and bring to the interview. In print. So I didn't buy the "really high tech" lines they kept focusing on.

The different people I met with kept asking me if I liked technology, as if they couldn't believe I really did. The Communications manager repeatedly said that the company culture was very tech-minded which by her inflection, I took to be a code for bro culture.
