Met with a recruiter for a screening -that was pleasant. Met with two individuals at a local office hub and they were friendly and mentioned right away the process with them had gone well and I'd made it to the next round. Finally met with someone out of Colorado and felt incredibly demeaned and disrespected throughout the entire conversation. This individual essentially questioned why I was 'here' although I'd been approached and interviewed by other team members just as well and had nothing but a positive experience. I felt berated for the fact that I didn't know every detail of the services that AVI-SPL offers - although I'd done the best of my research independently with zero recommendations or guidance from anyone else throughout the entire process.
