There was a two part interview process - the first was through Teams and the second was in person. After both interviews, I was sent an offer letter which I accepted.

Interview
AVI-SPL recruiter reached out and after reviewing the job posting, let them knew I was interested. 3 part interview process: Initial phone screen, remote interview, in-person interview and tour at their offices. Fairly laid back but asked good questions about experience and desires. From beginning to end took about a month for the entire process (some time-off and other scheduling probably prevented this from moving faster but that's life.)

Interview
Recruiter from corporate office reached out and scheduled soft phone interview. Once completed, a in-person interview was set up with the local office. I met with the Senior Design Engineer and Operations Manager
