I was contacted 2-3 weeks after applying to set up an interview that week. The interview was with a senior engineer in the department of the posting. The HR department was very active in responding to questions and updating me on progress.

Very technical questions related to the subset of electrical engineering posted in the job description. They were very clear about what they expected you to know.
Good it was good the phone call was easy and I had 2 other interviews which went well and I’m having my final interview really soon. In here to check what questions I might get asked.

Interview
Interviewed at a college conference. First interview was more of a resume review. The following day featured 3 interviews with 2 other teams, each of which were 45 minutes long. Offer came the following Monday.
First interview with HR who direct asks you the current salary and total compensation. Next have phone interview with hiring manager. Just go through your resume. No feedback from HR since after.
