First interviews happened locally with regional Business Unit HR Managers, second with Headquarter HR and Marketing Managers and Director in a period of 4 months. It took them very long to select final candidates regionally, interviews in the HQ followed quickly. It felt interviewers in the HQ were more interested in finding a "fit" rather than checking competences.
