One round of strange interview only asking why do you want to work for Abbott and why did you leave your previous job. Very junior HR… No experience at all.
First stage is a phone interview with the HR. The second stage is a teams interview with the hiring manager as well once you get through the first stage with the typical question and answer format for both before the next stage.
