Software Engineer In Test I Interview

      May 12, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abbott in May 2022

      Interview

30-minute HR call followed by a take-home coding challenge and a "technical" interview. The people I spoke with obviously didn't like their job. What I was told was a technical interview (and had planned accordingly for) was actually more behavioral. The person who interviewed me was extremely hard to understand, mumbled a lot, and was condescending.
