I had phone interview with HR and than in person with hiring manager. Follow up interviews with VP, director and Sr manager. It consist soft question, real life scenerio, etc
it wasn't hard it was good i think that you just need to prepare well and you will do well. just keep practicing and it's fine no matter what position you are

The interview was very direct, they asked the necessary questions and showed the working area. The interview felt like a conversation and very simple. Questions about conflict solving were asked and scenario based ones as well
