The interview process was started via email from Abbott's HR. HR setup a phone interview with me. The phone interview lasted about 25 minutes. About a week later, HR contacted me again asking for an in person interview which was setup a week and a half later. The in person interview started with 4 Abbott employees who work within the department for the job. The second part of the interview was with the department head. The interview then ended with the hiring manager
