Interview
We had 6 steps in 2-3 months and I was told that the HR wanted to talk to me for the additional interview as I was preffered for the position. 1 hour prior to the interview, I notified that I have an urgent meeting at work and then I was ghosted by HR for over a week. After my dedication to receive a reply, they told me that they have a deadline for the candidate. Since i couldn't join the meeting, they decided to go with the 2nd person.

Interview
It was good experience. Tested my knowledge on science and management skills.. They did group discussion which is almost a fish market but managed to take individual response on the given topic. Then they did personal interview. There were two panel member who took the interview. One is HR and the other one is from marketing . Very good questions asked. They asked about pharma related questions and also asked like if you were willing to work in any part of the country.. Mostly general questions. Overall the experience was good.

It was a group discussion followed by personal interview round.. GD was based on current topics and PI was basically to know your interest areas, why pharma, why sales e.t.c.. Overall it was a good experience...
