I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Madrid)
Interview
I attended a "Woman in Consulting" event held by Accenture, hosted by IE business school in Madrid. I had the opportunity to talk and pitch my experiences and background to the main recruiter at the event. She asked me to write her on linkedin to organize an interview on-site. First I received numerical, logical, cultural -fit and situational tests online. Then I had an interview by phone in English to assess my level. Then I had the presentation of the company with other candidates, followed by a first interview with the HR, who asked me about my experiences and studies. Then we discussed in which department I wanted to have an internship between consulting, digital or strategy. We agreed about strategy. The final step was another business case interview on-site with two HR. The business case was about a general macroeconomic issue as unemployment in Europe and they wanted to see your structure and logical reasoning to solve the case.

Question 1
sei interessato a una posizione internship ora o tra qualche mese?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Austin, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
There was only one case. I did not receive any behavioral questions -- not even tell me about yourself or why consulting or why Accenture. The process felt a little robotic.
