Started with a phone screening interview, then a video interview was scheduled with the project manager, but before 2 hours they called in saying that the position has been filled!! I found this to be a very inconsiderate as I spent a considerable amount of time preparing for it, I was just been told by a coordinator that the position is filled without any details, I wasn't given an equal opportunity to be interviewed before filling the job.
