I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
I did the first interview with the hiring manager in Nashville. It was hard to understand him. He also kept pressing me about why I wanted to work right away even though I have some thoughts about going to grad school eventually. He kept telling me that they don't want to hire someone that will just leave them in 5-10 years just to go back to school. He also said that he wanted to do the same thing and couldn't so he's been at Accenture for 15+ years and regrets it. Not a very good impression from the hiring manager.
Very good. 2 rounds for final day. Case study for round 1, and individual interview for round 2. very smooth application process. They give results in around a months time.
Good they are just and can relate to many subject, it first was two HR interviews and a technical one. they all are good and respond and ask questions politly
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2021
Interview
It started with an online questionnaire, then a multiple choice test about coding, a 48H coding assignment. If you passed the assessments, you receive one 1-hour interview. If you do well in that interview, you move forward with two 1-hour interviews that were situational and technical based.
