Submitted resume at university portal and at career fair, emailed invite for interview and info sessions preparing for case interviews onsite. 1hour interviews with 2 different Strategy managers, each asked personal/behavioral questions and a case question
First stage was the Online test and once you pass that there is a task based interview, it took around a month and a half to hear back then the business strength then final interview

For strength based - 2 quick case studies, non technical, to see logic and train of thought and then 12 competency questions

Interview
There was only one case. I did not receive any behavioral questions -- not even tell me about yourself or why consulting or why Accenture. The process felt a little robotic.
