Interview
Social Happy Hour, First Round 45-minute case interview, Final Round 45-minute case interview and 45-minute behavioral interview. Took place over a weeklong period of interviews, but the process began with application deadlines in October.
First stage was the Online test and once you pass that there is a task based interview, it took around a month and a half to hear back then the business strength then final interview

For strength based - 2 quick case studies, non technical, to see logic and train of thought and then 12 competency questions

Interview
There was only one case. I did not receive any behavioral questions -- not even tell me about yourself or why consulting or why Accenture. The process felt a little robotic.
