Access Health CT interview questions

Relaxed, started out wanting to know about work background, experience. After answering those questions it was a basic review of the job description, what was expected of you and signing a few papers to allow them to do a general background check. What exactly they were doing a background check on I can't say, I suspect that was for any criminal and or arrest records.

Me with 3 of the managers who were very knowledgeable and down to earth. They asked situational questions. Explained the role and inquired into my skill set. Computer skills were accessed and an application was requested as well prior to the interview. It was not intimidating experience. I would definitely recommend peers to interview with the company.
